Ms. Barsom exclusively represents and advises employers in labor and employment matters. Ms. Barsom focuses her practice in the area of employment litigation on behalf of management, including actions involving sexual harassment, discrimination on the basis of sex, age, race, religion and disability, and wrongful termination. Ms. Barsom has experience with wage and hour class action lawsuits. She also advises management on various issues ranging from wage and hour laws, harassment and discrimination, managing leaves of absence under FMLA and state laws, and traditional labor law issues.

Ms. Barsom is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in California. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of California.

Ms. Barsom received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a specialization in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law.
