Jehan Pernas is an Assistant United States Attorney.  Previously she worked as an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, in the White Collar & Regulatory Defense, and Commercial Litigation groups.  Her practice focused on corporate internal investigations, white collar criminal defense, and securities and pharmaceutical class actions.  Prior to joining Debevoise, she completed a one year fellowship at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, where she served as a misdemeanor prosecutor.
