The Los Angeles office of Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a midlevel litigation associate to support its nationally recognized construction law practice. The group’s core practice areas are counseling, dispute resolution, and contract drafting and negotiation. To be considered, candidates must have at least 4 years of construction law or equivalent experience. Successful candidates will have experience litigating all types of construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes such as mechanic’s lien, bond, and stop notice claims, and breach of contract claims. Excellent academic credentials, strong references and superb written and oral communication skills are required.  Prior AmLaw 100 and judicial clerkship experience preferred; CA Bar membership is required.
