Michel Chaghouri is Of-Counsel to the Law Offices of Wafa J. Hoballah. His practice focuses on the comprehensive legal needs of small business owners, entrepreneurs and employers in transactional, project planning, and capital formation. He employs a pragmatic and results oriented approach to the situations his clients are involved in.

Mr. Chaghouri was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006 after graduating from USC Gould School of Law. During law school he was a member of the USC Review of Law and Women’s Studies, a judicial extern to Hon. Dickran Tevrizian, United States District Court, and interned at Occidental Petroleum. Upon graduating, he delved into fundraising and field work for political campaigns before returning to practice law.

Mr. Chaghouri obtained undergraduate degrees in both Political Science and French & Francophone Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is currently a member of the California State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
