Natale Alameddine is an employment and labor law attorney at the law firm Blank Rome LLP in Los Angeles. She represents and defends employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, misclassification, and wage and hour class actions. She also advises employers on policy updates, handbook revisions, separation agreements, and other employment issues that arise. Natalie graduated from UCLA with a Political Science degree in 2009 and obtained her law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law in 2013. Natalie was recently honored as a “2021, Ones to Watch” Best Lawyers in America© in the category of Labor and Employment Law – Management. Natalie is half-Lebanese and half-Persian.
